We use genuine Austrian cut-glass crystals, ensuring each piece offers exceptional brilliance and sparkle. Every crystal is carefully selected so your jewelry is as stunning as it is meaningful.

Yes! We want every piece to fit you perfectly. Please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your sizing needs.

Use a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper. Wrap it around the widest part of your wrist or ankle. Make sure it's snug but not too tight — you should be able to slip one finger underneath. Note the measurement in inches or centimeters. Add 0.25–0.5 inches for a comfortable fit when choosing your bracelet or anklet size.

At Strung Together, each piece is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to make it right.

As items are handmade, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, please get in touch with us so that we can work out a resolution.
